Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Options (United States)

We offer the following shipping options:

• Economy Shipping (5–8 business days) – $9
• Standard Shipping (3–4 business days) – $12
• Express Shipping (2–3 business days) – $18

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or high-volume periods.

Free Local Delivery – Austin Area

We offer FREE local delivery within select Austin-area ZIP codes.

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM may qualify for same-day delivery. 
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.

You will receive a notification once your order has been delivered.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

HAYAA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
