🗓 Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Items must be in original condition
• Tags (if applicable) must still be attached
• Item must be free of perfume, makeup, stains, or damage
• Due to hygiene reasons, items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as HAYAA is not responsible for lost return packages.

💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If approved:
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing
